We are the architects. We have been working as professional architects since the beginning of the millennium, under the brand Arch stavby since 2013. We design villas, houses, flats and we renovate apartments. Studio and realizations are led by authorized architect Ing. arch. Marie Kulíková.

We focus on practical content and usage rather than on trendy ornate aesthetics. If you are going to spent many years in the villa, family house, apartment or business offices, it should reflect the real needs changing over the time.

We also arrange the purchase of a houses on the east coast of the U.S.A.

Villas and houses

Living in a house with a garden is a dream for most people. It is often regarded primarily as an investment, but above all it is home providing everything the every day living requires. We provide architectural design and project documentation.

Villa in the valley of size 6 + 1 + double garage and workroom has a constructed area of 227 m2, has 128 m2 floor and upper terrace has 35 m2. Entry to the house, on the east side of the garden through the winter. To the left of the entrance to the residential private parts, then right into the garage and into the office. Despite the winter garden, which serves not only to relax but also separates the different parts of the house, with direct access to the garden. Author: Ing. arch. Marie Kulíková Villa lakeside size 6 + 1 + double garage and workshop has a constructed area of 247 m2, floor has 99 m2. The building is divided into two parts which are separate, but connected enough. Private residential part of the building is made of brickwork, simple industrial style. The eastern entrance to the building is through a winter garden, which is glazed and can pass it on to the garden without anyone entered the private parts or in the garage. Terrace, accessible from the living room and the kitchen is oriented to the southwest. The second part of the building is a spacious double garage with workshop and a garage for the boat. Apartments and renovations

Renovations and design interiors of apartments were our up-front projects. We design and manage the whole process of reconstruction including modern custom kitchens and bathrooms.

Total reconstruction of the apartment with change of disposition in Prague Modřany about the size of a 3 + 1 Kitchen made to measure according to the architectural design of the U-shaped work area located beneath the windows allows sufficient daylight and view from the window of the green. Vysokotlatký laminate material in white gloss adds a red accent in the middle of the line. The red appears opposite the decoration of the dark red walls of the dining stolu.Prostorná kitchen offers a dining area with a large rectangular table where you can fit eight guests. Three wardrobes are also made according to the client. These cabinets aerate space and can accommodate a lot of things and also dolehčí apartment cleaning. Implementation period of 7 weeks. Offices and corporate places

Reception, offices and meeting rooms should combine the corporate culture in one uniform style - design. We design and implement both, living space and original furniture design.

Implementation boardroom international staffing company Pedersen & Partners Příkopech in Prague. The furniture is implemented as proposed. Subtle neutral tuning of colors and materials, white gloss, metal, glass, and gray is brightening orange-seats, which appears on the company logo. Spotlights illuminate the ceiling comfortable seating area. Gray cabinets fairing behind the seat cleans space. Reception desk in combination with white gloss, metal and glass complement sliding closet and shelves in white gloss. Implementation period three weeks. Implementation boardroom international staffing company Pedersen & Partners Příkopech in Prague. The furniture is implemented as proposed. Subtle neutral tuning is brightening orange-yellow color of the chair, which appears on the company logo. Transparent round table visually increase the room. Implementation period 1 week. The architectural design of the reception for the company CKD Prague Vysocany. Průmyslovost determine the design and colors like metallic gray and white gloss. Blue carpet in hues of company logos. Shops & establishment

We propose a complete store and establishment design. Shops, school cafeterias atc. can offer its own distinctive design so the customers prefer to return.

The architectural design solutions reconstruction cafeteria secondary schools in Nusle. The proposal consists of optically svítidlama room before the distribution and design of floor lamps vinylu.Svěžená is one part of the room combined with a look that hides lamps shining lining the perimeter mísnosti. Design of furniture & interior

We design furniture in cooperation with our long-term suppliers. We design and deliver solitaires either from solid wood, veneer, laminate and other high quality materials. All the design is original.

Use the table in the living room is custom-made from veneer. Combinations of wood, metal blinds sliding, frosted glass in a metal frame on the faces of the drawers give timelessness and luxury of this solitaire. Implementation period of 2 weeks. Author: Ing. arch. Marie Kulíková mplementation interior of the restaurant and the sports center in Slaný. Bar is designed as an open oval. Plasterboard ceiling describes the bar, the lighting enhances the curve. The material is white glossy laminate, worktop made of black laminate imitating the sparkling brilliance of the stone. Reception desk is designed as an open oval - a segment of the same radius as the bar in the restaurant. The shape of the connecting element reception and restaurant. Custom kitchens

During our practice we have designed and delivered with our partners dozens of custom kitchens. We design modern and useful kitchens so it can become a jewel of the apartment.

Total reconstruction of an apartment in Prague Branik 3 + kk. Kitchen made to measure according to architectural design in the shape of an extended U. timeless kitchen is made of high-gloss paint in bright vanilla that matches the worktop natural oak. Volume lines lighten the upper cabinets with metal frames with frosted glass. Colouring of glass cladding is chosen from a light vanilla. Realization time 8 weeks.
